Your quote includes materials, labour, preparation, and any optional extras—always transparent and itemised.

4. Professional Preparation
We remove old flooring, repair or level the subfloor, and install underlay or moisture protection depending on the material.

5. Precision Cutting & Layout
Boards or tiles are cut and laid out for alignment and grain/direction consistency before installation begins.

6. Installation
Whether it's laminate, vinyl, engineered wood, real timber, or tiles—everything is fitted using the correct method for durability and a clean finish.

7. Trims, Sealing & Finishing Touches
We install skirting or beading, seal edges where needed, and ensure all transitions are smooth and professional.

8. Final Clean & Handover
We leave the area spotless, walk you through the finished work, and provide care and maintenance advice.
